Postgraduate Certificate (Level 9) in Nursing Home Management: Provision of an accredited postgraduate education program, specifically designed for leaders in Ireland's nursing home sector. The program, fully funded by the Department of Health, aims to strengthen leadership, governance, and management capabilities across nursing homes. One fully funded place will be provided for every nursing home in Ireland over the lifetime of the program. This procurement relates to the continued national rollout of the initiative during 2027 and 2028, following the initial phase's commencement in 2026. Collaboration is with one or more Higher Education Institutions to equip leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional competencies to address the complex operational, regulatory, and strategic demands of residential care services.
