PPA for Offshore Wind Energy

Delivery of offshore wind energy via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA): contract duration 10 years, starting on 1-1-2029 or 1-1-2030, fixed capacity of 40 MW. Two mutual options are included: 1. Option for EemsEnergyTerminal for 10 MW from 1-1-2029/30 until 2036, extendable until the end of the contract term. 2. Option for portfolio increases of a maximum of 10 MW, to be mutually agreed upon during the contract term, with a duration of at least one year. Physical delivery of electricity includes associated and traceable Guarantees of Origin (GoO's).
