Supply of a Precision Ferroelectric and Piezoelectric Analysis Platform: The platform comprises seven complementary subsystems: Measurement Core, Optical Metrology, Thermal Modules, HV Subsystem, Fixturing and Probing, Workstation, and Infrastructure. It enables comprehensive, high-resolution ferroelectric and piezoelectric characterization of ferroic materials, including bulk ceramics, ultrathin films, and full wafers, across a broad temperature range. The platform serves as an infrastructure for fundamental research and industrial benchmarking of advanced ferroic and piezoelectric materials. It will be utilized for the precision characterization of material properties at various stages of development, from initial thin film growth and bulk ceramic synthesis to full wafer level device integration and reliability testing, supporting the development of next-generation sensors, actuators, and CMOS computing architectures. Ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials are vital for precision actuators, sensors, photonic systems, and non-volatile memories.
