Practical Training for Fixed-Wing Pilots
Practical training for fixed-wing pilots: Conclusion of a framework agreement for 36 months starting September 1, 2026, for the practical training of students in the Aeronautical Engineering (BSc) program. The training includes integrated ATPL training with a minimum of 148 hours of practical aircraft flight per student, a minimum of 80 hours of simulator practice, required test flights, and pre- and post-flight theoretical preparation hours, in accordance with EASA regulations. Qualifications to be obtained are a CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) with ATPL frozen theory, A-UPRT, and APS-MCC training. The provider is responsible for supplying the necessary aircraft, procedural training simulators, fuel, instructor supervision, and covering landing/airport usage costs. The practical training program must include the execution and cost coverage of all theoretical and practical examinations required for the license, including the oral ICAO English language exam, ATPL theoretical exams, official practical and theoretical exams at the Hungarian authority for the first attempts, and the first English language exam attempt. The maximum framework amount is 1,704,000,000 HUF net, with no minimum order obligation. The training language is English and Hungarian. The provider must have English-speaking instructors with the necessary qualifications and practical experience. Further items as per the tender documents.
