Delivery of 60 kg of probiotic supplementary premix Lavipan L500 for pig feed: delivery to the contracting authority's warehouse at the Feed Mill in Robczysko (64-130 Rydzyna); required premix parameters: pH maximum 7.0, maximum moisture 7.0 %; content per 1 kg product: 3.0 g fiber, 8,800 kJ energy value, 0.4 g phosphorus, 131.2 g calcium, 0.9 g sodium, <0.0005 % methionine, <0.0005 % lysine, 316 g crude protein, 2.88 g crude fiber, 290 g crude ash, 22.7 g crude fat; composition of microencapsulated lactic acid bacteria and live yeast cultures: lactic acid bacteria (not less than 10^9 CFU/g) including Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Pediococcus pentosaceus, Leuconostoc mesenteroides; live yeast cultures (not less than 10^7 CFU/g) including Saccharomyces cerevisiae; Salmonella absent in 25 g; no foreign bodies harmful to animals; delivery with a Polish label; a quality certificate or equivalent document must be attached to the offer and obligatorily to each delivery.
