Cleaning services for the CEA Valduc Center: Cleaning, disinfection, and routine maintenance of premises (floors, furniture, sanitary facilities, break room refrigerators), waste collection inside buildings and disposal at external collection points, outdoor waste collection on pedestrian paths and parking lots, deratization and disinsection, supply and management of products, consumables, and materials. This also includes service management and reporting, as well as the updating, management, and development of the Cleaning Database. Services are to be performed at the CEA Valduc Center, which comprises several occupied buildings, some with industrial and nuclear characteristics. The indicative floor area to be cleaned is 150,000 m², and the window surface is 25,000 m². The contract duration is 61 months, consisting of 36 firm months and 25 optional months (1 month for incoming reversibility and 24 months of extension, divisible into 12-month increments).
