Delivery of a Prima BT Bench Top Process Mass Spectrometer: A platform for near real-time off-gas analysis from multiple bioreactors using a magnetic sector mass spectrometer for measuring key gases (O₂, CO₂, N₂, Ar) across multiple streams. The system computes bioprocess performance indicators such as oxygen uptake rate (OUR), carbon dioxide evolution rate (CER), and respiratory quotient (RQ). It enables independent sampling of each bioreactor stream through automated multiplexing with customizable timing, calibration factors, and data acquisition per reactor. The BT MS software provides instrument control, automated calibration and validation routines, secure data logging, and integration with laboratory and process control systems (e.g., OPC) for real-time monitoring, alarm management, and data archival.
