Private Cloud Computing: Purchase and activation of software license subscriptions and provision of service for the container environment. Alternatively, if an equivalent product is offered: Purchase and delivery of software, activation of license subscriptions, creation of a technical project with transfer of copyrights, installation and implementation services (including necessary application migrations to the container environment and acceptance tests), creation of as-built documentation with transfer of copyrights related to the construction and reconfigurations of the container environment, training of employees in workshop format with transfer of copyrights to training materials, provision of service for the container environment, and provision of a software warranty.
