Production Agency for Video and Photo Content: Creation of photo and video materials featuring selected EU organic-certified producers in Europe. The service period is from late August to October 2026, with filming expected to take approximately 2–3 days per producer. Delivery for the first 2 farms/producers is by October 1st, and for all 4 farms/producers by November 1st. Four producers are to be visited: 1 aquaculture farm + fish processing in Donegal, Ireland, and 3 producers (farm/processing facilities) in Germany/Austria, likely dairy/cheese, wine, chocolate in central and southern Germany. Technical formats include photos in JPG and RAW, videos in minimum Full HD (4K preferred), 10-bit 4:2:2, 25p (A-roll), 50p (B-roll), S-cinetone, audio in Linear PCM, 24bit, 48 kHz. Per producer, a minimum of 60 professionally edited photos (30 portrait, 30 landscape, at least 10 with human elements) and drone footage (where possible) are to be delivered. Video footage per producer includes a minimum of 80 mini B-roll shots of at least 10 seconds duration, 2 landscape videos (A-roll interview type, 30-40s max per question) in cinematic documentary style, professional lighting equipment for factory shooting, a mix of landscape (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats, minimum Full HD (4K preferred), raw footage without color grading, good audio quality, interviews with producer representatives for Vietnamese consumers, 1-3 additional interviews per producer on production methods, sustainability, and certification, English transcriptions of all interviews, field notes, and background information and testimonials. Filming requirements cover farm & environment, production process, human interaction, and product close-ups. For organic salmon production, additional requirements include aquaculture systems, feeding practices, fish welfare, harvesting, processing stages, and underwater footage (optional). Storyboard, creative design, and editing are not part of this contract. The place of performance is Gräfelfing, Germany. The execution period begins on 01.08.2026 and ends on 31.12.2026. Payment terms: 20% for project preparation (September 2026), 40% after the first two producers (October 1st, 2026), 40% after completion of the remaining producers (November 1st, 2026).
