Delivery of 9,000 professional ecological leather chair kits for the Polyvalent Hall in Cluj-Napoca. The chairs are designed for public use with heavy traffic and must comply with European standards EN 16139 (or equivalent), EU product safety regulation 2023/988, and REACH legislation. They feature high abrasion, scratch, and wear resistance, are liquid-impermeable, easy to clean, and resistant to perspiration and humidity. The internal structure consists of a high-strength metal frame (EN 12727-4), is anti-corrosive, and electrostatically treated. The ecological leather upholstery (76% PVC, 22% Polyester, 2% Acrylic Vinyl) has a weight of 600 ±10 g/m² (ISO 3801) and is fire-retardant (Class B1) with a 3 mm fire-retardant lamination. The polyurethane foam padding (density 55 ±5 kg/m³) is poured directly onto the metal frame and has a compression resistance of 108 Kpa (ISO 1798-76), a tear resistance of 1.47 N/cm (ASTM D3574), a hardness of ILD 50% (ISO 2489-80) 20 kgf, and a permanent deformation of 50% (ASTM D3574) <8%. The foldable seat mechanism consists of a steel spring and fiberglass-reinforced plastic components. The chairs are available in modules of 1, 3, or 5 seats, have a total height of 88 ± 1 cm, a seat width of 48.5 cm, and a seat height of 45 ± 1 cm. Metal components have a minimum thickness of 5 mm and are MIG-MAG welded. Fixing is done with M10×90 screws. Various mounting types are specified, including mounting on the riser wall or floor, and a beam system for modules of 1, 3, or 5 seats with beam profiles of at least 60×40 mm and 3 mm thickness.
