Design and Construction of Craiova – Filiasi Motorway and Filiasi – Targu Jiu Express Road, Lot 4

Notice title: PROIECTARE SI EXECUTIE “Autostrada Craiova – Filiasi si Drum Expres Filiasi – Targu Jiu – Lotul 4”

Design and construction of Lot 4 for the Craiova – Filiasi Motorway and Filiasi – Targu Jiu Express Road: approximately 22.925 km total length, comprising 5.103 km as motorway profile and 17.822 km as express road profile. Possible contract modifications include: changes to contracting parties, company name or legal form (without creating a new legal entity), adaptations of the technical execution project to on-site realities (including specific technical solutions), changes to levels, positions, and/or dimensions of works due to on-site conditions, changes due to environmental authority requirements, necessity of moving/relocating objects on/in/under the ground, inclusion of new or replacement of existing subcontractors/suppliers/economic operators, changes of key personnel or other personnel, changes to the expropriation corridor (leading to additional works or abandonment of existing works), changes due to agreements between the state/local authorities and other states, changes in legislation, technical norms, or standards during the contract period, extension of the execution duration according to contract clause 35, changes resulting from requests from various institutions/authorities/entities, changes due to archaeological clearances, changes due to unknown alterations of the terrain or the surface and subsurface hydrological network. Modifications are to be implemented after contract signing in accordance with contractual provisions, provided they do not constitute substantial changes.
