Design and construction of a road junction: The junction is located on Motorway A1 (km 326+155) and DJ 704 (Cugir). The contract allows for potential modifications, including the replacement of contracting parties, changes to company name or form, adaptations of the technical execution project to on-site realities, modifications to levels, positions, and/or dimensions of works due to site conditions, adjustments based on environmental authority requirements, relocation of objects in/under the ground, inclusion or replacement of subcontractors/suppliers, changes in key personnel, modifications to the expropriation corridor leading to additional works or abandonment of existing works, changes due to state/local agreements with other states, legislative or technical standard changes, extension of the execution period according to Clause 35 of the General Conditions, changes resulting from requests by various institutions/authorities/entities, archaeological clearances, and changes due to unknown ground or hydrological conditions. These modifications must be non-substantial as per Art. 221 para. (7) of Law No. 98/2016; further items as per the tender documents.
