Design and construction of a road junction on Motorway A1 (km 326+155) – DJ 704 (Cugir). Potential contract modifications during the term include: changes to contracting parties, including replacement of the contractor; changes to the company name and/or legal form; adaptations of the technical execution project to on-site realities, including specific technical solution changes; modifications/adaptations of levels, positions, and/or dimensions of works due to on-site conditions; changes due to environmental authority requirements; necessity of moving/relocating objects on/in/under the ground; inclusion of new or replacement of initial subcontractors/suppliers; changes of key personnel/other personnel; changes to the expropriation corridor leading to additional works or abandonment of existing works; changes due to state/local agreements with other states; legislative or technical norm changes; extension of the execution period based on Clause 35 of the General Conditions; changes resulting from requests by various institutions/authorities/entities; archaeological discharge; and changes due to unknown terrain or supra/subterranean hydrographic network conditions. These modifications must not be substantial according to Art. 221 para. (7) of Law No. 98/2016.
