Project Development Drostenerf IJsselmuiden

Redevelopment of the Drostenerf planning area in the center of IJsselmuiden: 70 to 80 barrier-free apartments, of which at least 28 are social housing units, supplemented by affordable rental and/or owner-occupied homes and free-market owner-occupied homes for a mixed demographic (first-time buyers and seniors). Additionally, the project includes a child center for education and childcare, a community meeting space, a possible commercial care facility, a green park zone with water retention (e.g., wadis and/or underground storage) and facilities for sport, play, and meeting, as well as parking, including partially or semi-sunken parking options. Land prices for plots A, B, and C are determined by an appraisal protocol; for plot D, a target budget is used.
