Design for the reconstruction of Okrzei Street in Jastrzębie-Zdrój

Design for the reconstruction of Okrzei Street in Jastrzębie-Zdrój: Preparation of full design documentation for the reconstruction of municipal road class "L", Okrzei Street, with a total length of approx. 1.7 km (from the intersection with Cieszyńska Street to the intersection with Libowiec Street). The road will be a single-carriageway, two-lane road with a lane width of 2.5 m (specified for difficult conditions) and an asphalt surface, supplemented by shoulders (unpaved/reinforced 0.75 m wide and hardened concrete/asphalt 1.0 m wide). Also to be designed are the reconstruction of internal roads of Okrzei Street (total length approx. 0.5 km), the reconstruction of existing intersections, driveways, and access points, the construction and reconstruction of the lighting network, and the construction of road drainage facilities and facilities for discharging water into existing watercourses and the storm sewer network (KD), considering terrain conditions and the need for expansion/reconstruction of the KD network. Further design services include the construction of a technological duct, the reconstruction and securing of conflicting underground, ground-level, and overhead utility networks, property divisions due to interference with adjacent plots, and permanent traffic organization in the entire area of influence of the investment, including traffic calming elements. The design solutions must be adapted to those applied at the intersection with Libowiec Street (post-completion warranty for Libowiec Street). The contract also involves the preparation of all necessary documentation and the obtaining of all decisions, resolutions, expert opinions, consents, and approvals, specifically excerpts from the local spatial development plan and land registry, a map for design purposes, technical conditions for the reconstruction/securing of utility networks, opinions from the Office of Mining Supervision (OUG), geological-engineering documentation, water law reports and permits, environmental impact assessments and decisions, dendrological inventories, projects for tree and shrub removal with replacement plantings, and consents for deviations from technical-building regulations. Furthermore, the coordination of design documentation, the preparation of a complete construction project and technical projects for all required trades, the preparation of property division projects, the application for and obtaining of the permit for the realization of the road investment (ZRID), the inventory of existing objects and terrain development with detailed height measurements, and the provision of author's supervision over the entire project realization, including specialized supervisions, are to be provided.
