Design Documentation and Author's Supervision for the Reconstruction of Railway Line 285 in Wrocław

Design documentation and author's supervision for the reconstruction of a section of railway line No. 285 in Wrocław, including raising the track onto an engineering structure over Bardzka Street: Phase I involves the preparation of design documentation and obtaining all administrative decisions, including the Programmatic-Spatial Concept (KPP), the final environmental decision, the final decision on the location of the railway line or public purpose investment, the final water permit, the preparation of construction and executive designs with geotechnical and engineering-geological documentation, and the building permit. Furthermore, the preparation of tender materials (OPZ, Bill of Quantities / RCO, Investor's Cost Estimate, STWiORB, PFU for Railway Automation, Telecommunications, and IT Installation) and obtaining certification at the design stage. Phase II is an option and includes author's supervision during the construction works. The contract duration is 21 months from contract conclusion (without option and without environmental impact assessment) or a maximum of 62 months (with option and with environmental impact assessment). Phase I will be completed within 21 months (without EIA) or 41 months (with EIA). Phase II (option) will last 21 months from the date of the contracting authority's agreement with the construction contractor until the final acceptance of the construction works. A tender procedure with an estimated duration of 6 months is planned between Phase I and II.
