Design Documentation and Supervision for Reconstruction of Railway Line 285 over Bardzka Street, Wrocław

Design documentation and author's supervision for the reconstruction of a section of railway line no. 285, involving raising the track onto an engineering structure over Bardzka Street in Wrocław: Phase I includes the development of design documentation and obtaining all administrative decisions. This comprises the preparation of a Programmatic-Spatial Concept (KPP), obtaining the final environmental conditions decision, the decision on railway line location, and the water permit. Furthermore, construction and executive designs with geotechnical and engineering-geological documentation are to be prepared, and the building permit obtained. Also included is the preparation of tender materials (OPZ, bill of quantities/RCO, investor's cost estimate, STWiORB, PFU for railway automation, telecommunications, and IT installations), as well as certification during the design phase. Phase II is an option and covers the provision of author's supervision during the construction works. The implementation period is 49 months from contract signing if the option is not exercised, with a maximum estimated duration of 70 months if the option is exercised. Phase I is to be completed within 49 months, and Phase II (option) lasts 21 months from the date of the construction contract signing. An estimated 6-month tender procedure is planned between Phase I and II.
