Project documentation for the modernization and expansion of the RD and OD Poznań headquarters at ul. Panny Marii 2 in Poznań: Preparation of project documentation based on an existing concept, specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, investor's cost estimate, bill of quantities, interior design and arrangement project, BIOZ information, concept with visualization, and active author's supervision. This includes the construction of an office and technical building (two segments), three shelters, and a logistics base with infrastructure on cadastral plots no. 1/1; 1/2; 1/4; 2/4; 2/6; 3/1; 3/2; 4/1; 4/2 in the Śródka district. Services include a greenery inventory, project documentation for demolition works, a technical expertise on the impact of new foundations on existing buildings, project documentation for land development, architecture and construction, technical and executive projects for all trades (architectural, structural, construction, road, sanitary, electrical, low-current, HVAC), preparation of bills of quantities and investor's cost estimates. Furthermore, obtaining all necessary permits and decisions (demolition, tree felling, collision removal, building permit with finality clause, monument conservator permits, archaeological project and archaeological research) is required, as well as ensuring the continuity of operation of existing facilities during construction (media supply, EV charging infrastructure) and detailed solutions for the temporary organization of office, crew, and social rooms, storage areas, vehicle parking, traffic management, and temporary installations due to demolition and new construction, including the relocation of staff, materials, tools, vehicles, and specialized equipment. Author's supervision is provided during the tender process and construction execution until the final use permit is obtained. Further items as per the tender documents.
