Project Documentation, Supervision, and Construction Works for Earthquake-Damaged Buildings in Zagreb

Preparation of project documentation and project supervision, as well as execution of construction works for the renovation of 4 earthquake-damaged buildings in the Masarykova and Preradovićeva Street block in Zagreb. The scope of services includes comprehensive building renovation and repair of non-structural elements, on a turnkey basis to full functionality. All buildings are located within the cultural heritage site "Historical Urban Unit City of Zagreb" (Z-1525). The buildings at Masarykova Street 10 and Preradovićeva Street 14 are also individually protected cultural assets and will undergo comprehensive renovation.
