Project planning services for the Přítluky Polder on the Dyje River: Preparation of project documentation for the building permit, including obtaining the final building permit; preparation of execution documentation, including designer supervision; and preparation of an occupational health and safety plan by an authorized person. Services will be provided using a Common Data Environment (CDE), and project documentation will be prepared using the BIM (Building Information Management) method.
