Project Director with management staff: Management of the execution of the Mortensrud project, a complex multi-purpose project spanning approximately 200 acres and approx. 60,000 m² gross area. The project is divided into three fields: Field 10 includes a new nursing home, sheltered accommodation flats, library, leisure club, volunteering, communal garden, and town park; Field 11 consists of a new Mortensrud primary school with a cultural school and multi-purpose hall, accompanying outdoor areas, and a school park; Field 12 comprises a sports park with an athletics hall, football pitches, and a cricket pitch, as well as forestry park development. The management staff includes resources for finance and risk management, progress management, contract management, and other relevant project management resources.
