Project management assistance for the construction of a catering facility at Rieupeyroux College: The contract is divided into three tranches. The firm tranche includes needs assessment, feasibility study, and pre-program development. Optional tranche 1 involves the development of the detailed technical program. Optional tranche 2 covers the preparation of tender documents, assistance with bid opening, and analysis for the selection of the project manager. The firm tranche is partly awarded as a mixed price with a purchase order component up to a maximum of 10,000 Euros excl. VAT, and partly as a global fixed price for the firm tranche and optional tranches 1 and 2. Prices are fixed and adjustable.
