Project management for the rehabilitation of the technical installations of CORUM in Montpellier: Comprehensive diagnosis of existing installations, compliance of smoke extraction, HVAC, fire extinguishing, and CFO systems, improvement of evacuation conditions (accessibility, signage, smoke extraction), optimization of maintenance and reliability of installations, provision of as-built plans for technical installations, ensuring operational continuity during works, compliance with the BACS decree, optimization of HVAC consumption to reduce energy consumption in accordance with the Tertiary decree. Missions include DIA/AVP (including PC/DT/PRO/ACT/DET/VISA/AOR/GPA). Candidate selection is based on professional capacity (48%), technical capacity (42%), and economic/financial capacity (10%). Variants are not permitted. The lead of the joint venture must be a smoke extraction/HVAC engineering firm and may only be part of one consortium. Required team competencies: Fluids (smoke extraction and HVAC), Architect (DPLG or D-HMONP), High and low current, Fire extinguishing, Structure, Construction economics, Acoustics, Safety Management Systems (SSI). Services are paid at fixed prices; estimated amounts are indicative.
