Project Management for PICNET - 2026

Project management services: Support for internal project management in project implementation, including cross-partner monitoring, moderation and documentation of meetings, development of solutions for plan changes, and communication and coordination with the project sponsor (DLR). Responsibility for coordination and promotion of collaboration among all project partners, as well as information and knowledge management. The scope of services is approximately 221 working days (8 h each) over the total project duration plus 6 months, with the support requirement in the first year being approximately 40% of the total volume.
