Project Management Assistance for Interconnections, Transport, Mobility, and Infrastructure

Project Management Assistance (AMO) in legal, economic, and strategic aspects for the Collectivité de Corse: Support for the development, analysis, monitoring, securing, and coordination of complex projects in the fields of interconnections, transport, mobility, and infrastructure. Services are remunerated via unit and lump-sum prices and include assisting the Directorate-General for Interconnections, Transport, Mobility, and Infrastructure (DGA ITMI) with project setup and monitoring, strategic decisions, technical and legal safeguarding of projects and procedures, and supporting inter-institutional and partnership relations. The scope also covers conducting legal and regulatory analyses, such as analyzing applicable legal frameworks, studying contractual or institutional arrangements, identifying regulatory constraints, and evaluating legal risks. Excluded are services related to litigation management, representation or assistance before courts, pre-litigation procedures, and amicable dispute resolution. Services are supplementary to other existing contracts, focusing on transversal support, expertise, and analysis.
