Project Management Assistance for Auch Bypass

Project management assistance for the Auch agglomeration bypass project: Management (governance, administrative and legal security, strategies, finance, planning, and communication), public consultation, drafting of tender documents for project management contracts, analysis of the MOE mission in drafting works contracts, and technical supervision of the project's various tranches and missions. The contract is divided into one firm tranche and three optional tranches. Firm Tranche – Upstream Studies: Assistance with strategic definition, feasibility assessment, consultation, governance, and overall project management until validation of orientations for project launch. Optional Tranche 1 – Preliminary Studies / Preliminary Designs / DUP: Support for defining the definitive program, selection of project management services, consultation, land and regulatory procedures, and overall management of preliminary studies until obtaining necessary authorizations for project continuation. Optional Tranche 2 – Project Studies / Works Tender Documents: Assistance with validating project studies and tender documents for companies, ensuring management, monitoring, and securing the operation until the launch of works contracts. Optional Tranche 3 – Works: Support during the construction phase, ensuring management, coordination of governance bodies, monitoring of decisions and schedules, and continuous legal and communication assistance.
