Project planning for the reconstruction of Srbská Municipal Football Stadium: Preparation of complete project documentation based on the volume study "Modernization of Srbská Stadium" within the scope of the marked stages. The project scope includes all areas and rooms specified in the volume study, in accordance with FAČR requirements for a first-league stadium. Additionally, adjacent access and communication areas of the stadium must be addressed, especially in coordination with the parking areas at STAREZ Arena Vodova and the ongoing project "Reconstruction of the trolleybus loop" as per the attached drawing of the area scope.
