Project Design and Construction Supervision for Energy Modernization and Renovation of Primary School No. 19 in Gdańsk

Project design and construction supervision: Preparation of complete, multi-branch project documentation for the comprehensive energy modernization and renovation of Primary School No. 19 in Gdańsk, including obtaining the final building permit and performing author's supervision. The scope of services includes pre-project studies such as a project map at a scale of 1:500, inventory of school buildings, an energy audit for the gym building, construction and technical-installation solutions, technical-construction expert opinions, specialized expert opinions, geotechnical documentation, mycological and chimney sweep expert opinions, natural inventories (chiropterological and ornithological), dendrological documentation, optional materials for obtaining deviations from applicable technical conditions, and technical and implementation conditions for connections to external networks and the communication system. Furthermore, project tasks for comprehensive thermal modernization and energy efficiency improvement of the school building and grounds, as well as for the modernization and renovation of school buildings with possible reconstructions, are included.
