Project Portal as SaaS for Tulli

Project portal as SaaS service: for the management of Tulli's construction projects, including storage of drawings and other materials for an estimated 30 simultaneous construction contracts, site diaries with restricted user rights, and an interface to the electronic tendering system (www.hankintailmoitukset.fi). The system must be a ready-made, in-production system implementable with minimal customization. The service includes the implementation of the portal, training if required, and the possibility to order a small amount of separate expert services. Users include Tulli staff and contractual partners (e.g., contractors, designers, consultants, supervisors). A security agreement and an indefinite procurement contract will be concluded; expert services will be arranged via separate order and service agreements.
