Planning services for the redevelopment of the former Chaffard farm and outdoor areas into an agricultural discovery and biodiversity hub: Required competencies include architectural studies (by architects), landscape design, studies on building environmental quality (QEB), technical studies for structures, technical studies for fluids including fire safety systems (SSI), construction economics, technical studies for earthworks and roads and utilities (VRD), deconstruction and demolition, studies on pollution risk management, studies on fauna/flora/protected species, and ecological design (implementation of biodiversity-friendly environments), and project coordination (OPC). The consortium leader must possess architectural competence. Consortium leaders are prohibited from leading other consortia. Landscape designers are also prohibited from being part of multiple consortia; each landscape designer company (SIRET) may only belong to one single consortium. The services of the landscape designer may not be subcontracted.
