Project management and consulting services for the new construction of the Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium within a PPP owner model: coordination and technical support for the procurement process, development of output-oriented/functional construction specifications, updating of the economic efficiency analysis, creation of bid submission forms, negotiation support, economic and construction-technical bid evaluation, and planning and construction-accompanying contract and construction controlling to ensure contract-compliant performance. Legal consulting services and procurement management are not included. Staged commissioning is planned: 1. Preparation of procurement and tender documents; 2. Execution of the procurement process; 3. Contract and construction controlling.
