Project management services for the Saxony-Anhalt Passenger Stations program

Program management for the "Saxony-Anhalt Passenger Stations" program within the NASA framework agreement: overarching coordination, control, and monitoring of a portfolio of measures; program-wide consolidation and evaluation of schedule, cost, and quality information; program-related reporting; interface and risk management; support for strategic and operational control tasks. The services exclusively cover the program management of the overall program, not the independent project management or project leadership of individual infrastructure measures. Duration of assigned services: 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2029; optional services: 01/01/2030 to 31/12/2031.
