Project management services for the new construction of a laboratory and office building (2nd construction phase) with estimated construction costs of approx. 65 million EUR gross (KG 200-500), construction start 05/2028, construction end 05/2031. An optional teaching building (3rd construction phase) with estimated construction costs of approx. 74 million EUR gross (KG 200-500), construction start 07/2029, construction end 07/2032, includes practical laboratories, microscopy rooms, seminar rooms, lecture halls, a library, and a cafeteria. Project implementation uses BIM methodology, with the contractor acting as BIM manager. The scope of services includes basic project management services according to § 2 AHO Booklet No. 9 (2025) in conjunction with Appendix B for project stage I, action areas A-E, and optionally for project stages II-V, action areas A-E. Optional special services are risk management, stakeholder management, and commissioning management. BIM management services are to be provided according to Appendix 4 of the contract template.
