Project Management Services for New Construction and Renovation Measures
Project management services according to AHO Booklet No. 9: Framework agreement for new construction and renovation measures with an estimated contract volume of approx. 600,000,000.00 EUR gross. This is based on nine measures with total construction costs between approx. 5 million EUR and 160 million EUR gross. The agreement will be concluded with three contractors, but at least one. Individual orders are awarded according to the cascade principle. Execution locations are predominantly Mainz, in exceptional cases the districts of Mainz-Bingen, Alzey-Worms, and the cities of Worms or Bingen.
