Project management services: Basic services for project management (project phases 1 to 5, action areas A to E) and specific special services according to AHO Booklet No. 9 / 2020 for the gradual structural, functional, and organizational restructuring of the 'Betriebshof Mitte' depot. The project includes the electrification of the vehicle fleet, improvement of occupational and traffic safety, securing and expanding the services of the recycling center, optimizing operational processes, and implementing a holistic blue-green infrastructure with regenerative energy generation. Implementation occurs in three construction phases: Phase I (construction of a vehicle workshop and an assembly hall for green maintenance and container assembly), Phase II (demolition of the existing vehicle workshop and container assembly hall, new construction of the 'Wertstoffhof Mitte' recycling center), Phase III (demolition of vehicle halls 1+2, new construction of the parking garage and the frost-free vehicle hall). Unrestricted operational capability of the site must be ensured during construction phases through interim solutions.
