Project competition for urbanistic ideas: Selection of the best design for the development of the Tauralaukio district in Klaipėda, concerning areas 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.8, and 9.9 according to the general plan. Budget for the implementation of the urbanistic concept: 50,000 Eur including VAT (41,322.31 Eur excluding VAT). Prize money for the top 3 places: a total of 40,000 Eur, distributed as 16,000 Eur for 1st place, 14,000 Eur for 2nd place, and 10,000 Eur for 3rd place. A service contract for the preparation of the urbanistic concept will be concluded with the winner.
