Auditing Services for Cost Estimates and Proforma Invoices for Vehicle and Object Maintenance

Auditing and approval of cost estimates (KVA) and reconciliation of proforma invoices with KVAs from specialized companies for service, maintenance, and repair measures according to defined auditing criteria. The audit includes an automated basic check, performed systemically for every KVA, and a manual in-depth check, conducted for specific vehicles based on the basic check. A web portal is provided as a digital workspace, allowing specialized companies to upload KVAs, documents, and proforma invoices and manage their conditions. The client performs necessary checks, reconciliations, and approvals within this web portal. Approved KVAs and documents are to be provided to the client via an interface in the client's future system.
