Development of a Quantum-Safe PKI Appliance

The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) is awarding the development of a quantum-secure (administrative) PKI (PQ V-PKI) appliance within the scope of a two-stage negotiated procedure. Testing Requirements for Agentic AI (PRAKI)

Creation of a scientific study and development of test criteria and best practices for agentic AI systems (Project 1000 'Agentic AI: PRAKI') for the BSI. The service includes IT consulting and conceptual design (including risk analyses, use-case-specific test catalogs in machine-readable OSCAL format, exemplary tests, and a final study). Profiles are required for project management and the project team with in-depth expertise in LLM-based agentic AI, AI security (e.g., Evasion Attacks, Data Poisoning), and technical AI testing. The scope includes a call-off contingent of 480 person-days (PD) for work packages 2 to 8, as well as fixed prices for work packages 1 and 9, with a maximum contract duration of 18 calendar months.

Update of the Study "Development Status of Quantum Computers"

IT consulting and scientific services for the annual editorial and content revision and updating of the BSI study "Development Status of Quantum Computers" in three revisions (versions 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2). The required core technologies include quantum computers, quantum algorithms (Grover, Shor, Simon, Regev), quantum error correction, cryptanalysis (classical or quantum-assisted), and post-quantum cryptography. The personnel to be deployed requires project management with experience in quantum technologies, as well as a project team with a STEM university degree and demonstrable scientific publication and presentation activities. The scope includes a defined contingent of a total of 361 person-days (PD) for work packages 2 to 5 over a maximum contract duration of 36 calendar months.
