Radio Measurements of GSM-R Infrastructure for ERTMS/GSM-R System Certification

Radio measurements of GSM-R infrastructure: Execution of complex radio measurements of the GSM-R infrastructure for the certification process according to TSI CCS requirements. This includes radio measurements of the GSM-R network for EC verification of the "Control – trackside equipment" subsystem, covering voice radio communication and radio data exchange, preparation of measurement reports, provision of all necessary measurement infrastructure such as measurement vehicles and equipment, and cooperation with the Contracting Authority on topics related to radio measurement implementation, e.g., assistance in developing temporary regulations. A framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 contractors; no option rights are foreseen; further items as per the tender documents.
