Driving Test Reception and Services for Finnish Defence Forces (Classes A, BE, C1, C1E, PVC, CE, D)

Receiving driving tests for classes A, BE, C1, C1E, PVC, CE, and D, and related services for the Finnish Defence Forces. Services include conducting tests and all necessary pre-inspection, registration, reporting, and documentation measures, as well as other official and service tasks. Tests are conducted using vehicles provided and managed by the client. Service provision must comply with Finnish legislation, particularly regulations from the Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) and the Ministry of Defence decree (23/2013). The planned contract period is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029, with an option for extension by up to two (2) years. Annual procurement quantities are estimates and not binding. The estimated maximum value of all framework agreements under this framework arrangement is 1,250,000.00 € (excl. VAT).
