Plastering, Stucco, and Masonry Work for the Facade Renovation of the Pergamon Museum

Plastering, stucco, and masonry work: Renovation and supplementation of the stone plaster facades of the Pergamon Museum, construction phase B. This includes comprehensive cleaning, securing the original substance by doweling and filling hollow layers, and supplementing surfaces with adapted stone plaster. Facade areas to be renovated from top of plinth floor to bottom of architrave include the South facade of the South wing (approx. 925 m²), the South facade of the South central building (approx. 345 m²), and the East facade of the South central building (approx. 455 m²). Repair of damaged stone plaster areas will be carried out using traditional craftsmanship and adapted materials. Additional services include damage assessment and mapping prior to execution, as well as creation of documentation with mappings, descriptions, photo documentation, and plans. Service commencement is 07/2027, on-site execution begins 08/2027, and completion is 07/2031.
