Quality Audits and Support Services for Corporate Security

Quality, process, and compliance audits related to the deployment of security and order services, development and documentation of security-relevant processes, and creation and implementation of security concepts for the physical security of Messe Berlin. Services include the review of existing security measures and processes, the creation of governance documents, and the development of risk-based security concepts. This comprises: 1. Execution of quality, process, and compliance audits to verify adherence to the security concept, personnel qualification, efficiency and effectiveness of the security service provider, and compliance requirements. 2. Development of processes and creation of governance documents through analysis, development, and optimization of security-relevant processes using BPMN 2.0, documentation of target processes (roles, responsibilities, interfaces, approval workflows), creation and updating of governance documents, guidelines, and procedural instructions for physical security, development of regulations for controlling access and entry authorizations, and ensuring traceable, audit-proof, and uniform process documentation. 3. Creation and implementation of security concepts through structured risk assessments for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating threats, creation, updating, and ongoing development of location-, object-, or event-related security concepts, derivation of suitable organizational, personnel, and technical protective measures, evaluation of existing security measures, support in implementing recommended measures, and documentation of results and recommendations. Services must be adapted to current and potential new circumstances; requirements may be added or removed during the contract term.
