Technical elaboration and realization of the renewal of public space in Gasthuiswijk – Haagweg Zuid, Phase 4: technical elaboration of the definitive design (DO) in a construction team to a ready-to-execute contract dossier (RAW specification, drawings, execution planning, BLVC plan, risk dossier) utilizing the contractor's expertise for feasibility, phasing, construction logistics, accessibility, cables and pipes, costs, and risks; realization of the works including replacement of approximately 2,000 m¹ of sewer, redesign of approximately 18,000 m² of public space, climate adaptation, greening, work near a high-voltage power line, space reservation for a future district heating network, and low-emission and circular working. Independent design work is excluded.
