The 'Courses' part covers course material, mainly in PDF format, provided by lecturers and sold directly to students via a webshop managed by the contractor. The 'Non-Courses' part includes reprographic printing necessary for departmental operations or purchased by the university as learning materials (e.g., exam forms). Most documents are delivered digitally, but physical reproductions may be required in exceptional cases.
