Rebate agreement for Betahistine (6 mg and 12 mg) for DAK-Gesundheit
Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Betahistine (exclusively strengths 6 mg and 12 mg): non-exclusive framework agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for pharmaceutical companies, with non-discriminatory access under the same conditions during the contract term. Duration from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents for contract conclusion or later accession include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (medicines to be entered in Annex 2 as an Excel file). Submission of documents via email to openhouse@dak.de by the 5th of the preceding month for accession on the 1st or 15th of the following month; further items as per the tender documents.
