Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient Budesonide + Formoterol (exclusively IHP in strength 80 µg/4.5 µg), ATC R03AK07: Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies at any time under the same conditions; contract duration from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028 with one extension option of 1x12 months; submission of documents (offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms, completed Annexes 1 and 2) via email to openhouse@dak.de; Annex 2 must be submitted as an Excel file; for a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later joining is possible at any time, with documents to be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month for joining on the 1st or 15th of the following month; further items as per the tender documents.
