Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Dydrogesterone (ATC G03DB01): non-exclusive framework agreement according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V, open to all pharmaceutical companies under the same conditions. Duration from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2, in which the relevant medicines must be listed. Submission of documents via email to openhouse@dak.de, Annex 2 as an Excel file. For contract commencement on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries for the 1st or 15th of the following month also require submission by the 5th of the preceding month. This procedure does not fall under cartel procurement law and terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract from a formal procurement procedure. further items as per the tender documents.
