Rebate agreement according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for the active substance Formoterol (exclusively IHP in the strength of 6 µg, ATC R03AC13): Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement under an Open House model for pharmaceutical companies. Contracts first come into effect on 01.10.2026 and end on 30.09.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include a letter of offer, acceptance of the contractual terms and rebates, and completed annexes 1 and 2, in which the medicinal products must be entered. Documents must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de, with Annex 2 as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries are possible at any time, with documents for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month also to be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. further items as per the tender documents.
