Rebate agreement for the active substance Piracetam (ATC N06BX03) according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V: Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement under an Open House model for pharmaceutical companies. The duration is from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028, with a 1x12 month extension option. The agreement automatically terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract for the active substance Piracetam. Any pharmaceutical company can join at any time under the same conditions. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (Excel file) listing the relevant medicines. Documents must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For joining on the 1st or 15th of the following month, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; further items as per the tender documents.
