IT Services for Vector Open-Source 2

The subject of the tender is IT services to support the setup, implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing support of the Logmiddleware Vector by Datadog to relieve the SIEM of Techniker Krankenkasse (TK). The services include regular health checks, remediation of findings, and technical and professional support in regular operations (Mon-Fri 8:00 to 18:00, primarily remote). The personnel deployed (IT expert) must demonstrate practical experience in configuring Vector system environments, IT documentation, ticket system support, and German or English language skills at C1 level. The quantity framework comprises an estimated maximum quantity of a total of 540 hours over a contract period of up to 36 months (minimum contract period 12 months). Since the services are also provided for TK Pensionsfonds AG, the regulatory requirements according to DORA Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 apply.
