Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals with the active ingredient Sorafenib (ATC-Code: L01EX02)

Notice title: Abschluss eines nicht exklusiven Rabattvertrages nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Sorafenib (ATC-Code: L01EX02).

Rebate agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for pharmaceuticals with the active ingredient Sorafenib (ATC-Code: L01EX02): Conclusion of non-exclusive agreements under an open-house model with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, the earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026, and the latest contract end date is 30.11.2028. Accession is possible on the first day of each month, with a notice period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house agreements with exclusive rebate agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house agreements. Contract documents must be requested from AOK Niedersachsen. For a contract start on 01.12.2026, documents must be submitted by 27.10.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible on the first day of each month during the maximum term, requiring a lead time of typically 35 calendar days for AOK. This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract.
